Ashley, a native South Carolinian, specializes in luxury residential and beachfront vacation property in all areas of Charleston, SC including Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, Folly Beach and the West Ashley/James Island areas.
She is a Realtor of Distinction Executive Circle recipient, the highest distinction awarded by the Charleston Realtor Association not only for being one of the top brokers on luxury volume, but also for her commitment to ethics and customer service.
Before her real estate career, Ashley was an executive for 14 years at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, the Mobile 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond luxury golf and beach resort in Charleston, SC. While at Kiawah she was Director of Corporate Marketing, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Public Relations.
Ashley's passion for real estate began as a hobby nearly 20 years ago when she and her husband began purchasing investment houses including residential homes and beach properties. In 2006 Ashley decided to use her luxury resort background and turn her passion into a real estate career. After only one full year selling real estate, Ashley catapulted to one of the top 10 real estate agents across the entire Charleston region (source: CTARMLS sale valume year-to-date April 2007).
Since then Ashley has been an award-winning luxury agent and has been awarded the Realtor of Distinction Award at the Executive Level, the highest level given by the Charleston Association of Realtors.
Ashley and her husband, along with their two children, enjoy boating the beautiful waters around Charleston and cheering on their Clemson Tigers on any given Saturday in the Fall.
